Hello guys,
We just concluded Black Friday – Cyber Monday deal and time to remove deal notices on our WooCommerce store using WoodMart theme. However, I’m encountering an issue with removing the top banner notice. Despite disabling it in the header settings and setting the HTML block to draft mode, the banner remains persistent. I’ve already tried deleting cache on the browser, site and cloudflare… even tried to configure the responsive settings to hide it on mobile, tablet, and desktop, the section still appears with a white background.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any insights on how to completely remove the banner would be greatly appreciated.

It would be easier to help you if you have shared your site’s link that has the issue. That could be a bug in the theme. Disabling the banner on the settings should not show the banner anymore.
I have looked at the demo of woodmart theme to understand your case. Can you try adding the following CSS? Let me know if that works. You should contact support or the author of the theme to get this sorted out.
Hey aldinlapinig, This worked! Thank you. Already coordinated with their support but it takes a while for them to get back to me based on experience. I love WoodMart theme for being mobile-first design but there are several issues I found with it.
